Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Benchmark. This policy explains how and when your order ships, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong. By placing an order at benchmarkbasics.com, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US holidays. We aim to ship orders the same or next business day after your order is placed.

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day. During launches, promotions, and peak periods, processing may take an extra business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping is free on all US orders. We ship via USPS First Class, with estimated delivery of 1–4 business days after processing.

We ship to all 50 states, PO boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and select countries in Europe. Shipping is a $10 USD flat rate, calculated and shown at checkout.

  • Europe (Economy International): Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, and Norway, [estimated 1–4 weeks]

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, and are not guaranteed.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total or the $10 shipping charge, and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If a package is refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating. If your tracking hasn't updated after several business days, contact us at info@benchmarkbasics.com.

Shipping Delays

Most orders arrive within the estimated window, but delays can happen due to weather, carrier backlogs, holidays, or customs. These are outside our control, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We'll do our best to help you track down a delayed package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us at info@benchmarkbasics.com within [7] days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with anyone else at your address and your local USPS carrier, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before they arrive. If it still can't be located, contact us within [7] days of the marked delivery date. We review these situations case by case, and we'll investigate with USPS and work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a bad address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

If you spot an address error, email us immediately at info@benchmarkbasics.com. We may be able to fix it before the order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once processing has begun.
